About the Sydney 2007 Event

In 2007 the Australian event will be held in Victoria Park, Sydney. Victoria Park has hosted many peace events and has the capacity to support the 1000 people expected to attend.

The day will start at 10.00am on Sunday 20th May with the arrival of the Global Peace Flame. Isira will accept the flame.

Welcoming messages from H.H. the Dalai Lama and Dr. Ervin Laszlo will be read by Paul Wison. A stretching segment and preparation for the meditation phase will be conducted by Andrew Wells from The Dru Yoga Foundation.
